Zoë Lawton
Zoë is barrister, researcher, and spokesperson specialising in the law on sexual harm. She will oversee Tika’s client onboarding process, ensuring clients receive compassionate, efficient support, while leading a dedicated team of lawyers providing expert legal advice.

Alison Mau
Alison is a former journalist and broadcaster, and leading advocate for survivors of sexual harm. As one of New Zealand’s foremost communications experts, Alison leads Tika’s advocacy, stakeholder, sector and donor engagement and is responsible for Tika’s public outreach
Maria Dew KC
Maria is a barrister at Britomart Chambers and was appointed King’s Counsel in 2018. She is an expert litigator in sexual harm cases and will lead Tika’s litigation team.
Prue Kapua (Te Arawa, Ngāti Kahungunu)
Prue is a highly experienced lawyer and public sector consultant at Tamatekapua Law, with a distinguished background in the charitable sector. She plays a crucial role in ensuring Tika’s governance processes are strong, effective, and aligned with best practices and that Tika has strong relationships with government agencies, including NZ Police and the Ministry of Justice.
Hayden Wilson
Hayden is the Chair of Dentons New Zealand and Global Vice Chair of the Dentons Global Board, recognised internationally as a leading dispute resolution expert and mediator. He brings his extensive experience in managing and scaling large law firms to Tika, providing strategic guidance to support Tika’s growth and impact.
Jo Stansfield
Jo is the Chief Technology Officer at Fortysouth, New Zealand’s leading independent digital infrastructure partner, with extensive expertise in delivering innovative technology solutions for large-scale organisations. At Tika, Jo will provide strategic technology leadership, ensuring our digital systems are robust, secure, and designed to effectively support our mission of providing accessible legal services.
Arran Hunt
Arran is a partner at McVegah Fleming, specializing in providing expert legal advice and advocacy for clients affected by online harm. With a strong background in technology prior to becoming a lawyer, Arran uniquely bridges the gap between tech and law. His dual expertise ensures Tika remains at the forefront by using a multidisciplinary approach.
James Boult (Ngāi Tahu)
James is a seasoned strategist and product leader with over 15 years’ experience across innovation, digital ventures, and organisational transformation. As co-founder of Gravity, he works with corporates, startups, and impact-led organisations to shape strategy, design new propositions, and bring products to market. Gravity is Tika’s tech partner and is build Tika’s unique tech infrastructure.
Eoghan Neligan
Eoghan specialises in early-stage product development, creating innovative, market-ready, and commercially impactful products. As a co-founder of Gravity, he is known for assisting businesses to disrupt markets, streamline innovation, and achieve rapid product launches.
Avi Shenkin
Avi specialises in creative engineering, combining full-stack skills with a focus on the end-user experience. She builds intuitive, responsive platforms designed for real people. Avi supports the technical execution for the project, delivering user experience, code, and frameworks to power Tika’s unique digital ecosystem.
