Support services

While Tika doesn't offer counselling or support services we do maintain this page to help you find support if you need it. If you would like your organisation to be included here please drop us a line at [email protected].

If you are in danger and need help, please call the Police: 111

If you are not in immediate danger and want to talk to someone, please reach out to the relevant organisation(s) below.

Additionally, there will be specific support services available in your region – find a helpful directory here.

You are not alone. There are many people working to support victim-survivors in Aotearoa – this list is not exhaustive, but it is a start.

Tika is here for you if/when you are ready to move toward justice.
